    Thanks for the in depth response. Obviously there have been a ton of problems... but from my reading, it was always about lack of a full funding.

    The work they did mining in the past was supposed to be to "derisk" the project to refine their technique. All of it I thought was small scale.

    Eh. either way I guess it doesn't matter now. It's either going to be a big project or nothing.
