not going to go into debt again Anyone who saw Fern's presentation at the Good Oil Conference will tell you that Fern now has a huge aversion to debt.
If someone came along and offered a placement of 10 million shares at $1.15 that's a different story.
But never again does he want to hock his assets to a bank or note holders and see his best assets sold off to pay down debt. Been there done that.
Does he want to rebuild the company to what it once was? You bet he does.
Does he want to borrow money to hurry the rebuilding along? Nope
Does he need to have a placement to fund current or projected exploration? Doubt it particularly as Main Pass is put back to April/May.
Are the being secretive about those onshore wells to protect a couple of Bcf? Wouldn't have thought so.
Is that order for 100,000 PSA at 1.12 mine? Nope. Perhaps its 1 boyplunger????
