REH shares in early trade have been at $15.20 or slightly above, a doubling of the issue price ($7.60) of the April 2020 capital raising.

    Stellar.

Time to throw a party, but unlike the advice from one well known online investment site that one should sell above $15, I won't be.

Some of the rise is thanks to ScoMo's excellent housing initiatives and his general competence in getting the Australian economy back up and running.

A shame that all the State Premiers except Gladys Berijiklian in NSW have been hopeless, with Daniel Andrews in Victoria the standout worst although Queensland, WA and Tasmania (first two Labor, the last Liberal) have also been hopeless. All but Gladys shut down borders and most businesses at huge cost for little reason. Scaremongers and panickers in state governments, acting like Australia was not a nation but a group of colonies who hated each other. The unnecessary vindictiveness of the female Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszcuk towards the NSW Liberal Premier, Gladys B, will be remembered.

Despite the higher A$ and some interruptions to USA trading, REH seems to be doing OK or better there, and is doing well in Oz.

Great job, REH management from Mr Peter Wilson down, plus directors and numerous staff in trying circumstances during 2020.
