    True, the article from The Economist, "Helios Crystals", did not mention GSL (and related parties). But the fact that it concentrated on Oxford PV (and related parties) may not be all bad news. Assuming that GSL and Oxford are roughly competitive, the fact that the Europeans are forging ahead may put pressure on Jinko to act. If Jinko wants some skin in this game, and if GSL is as competitive as Oxford PV, then a strong relation with GSL would appear to be one of the few good opportunities for Jinko. Perhaps Jinko are trying, like the rest of us, to work out how likely it is that stability and other issues can be solved (whilst proving mass production). But if it leaves it too long, it misses an opportunity to keep up with the Europeans. The fact that Dyesol changed its name to Greatcell Solar also speaks volumes. It may reference the good professor (Graetzel) but it also shows a degree of deference to the Chinese. At least one side wants the relationship to go ahead. And the other may be likely to agree sooner than we think.
