Hi Fellow Sigma Holders/Followers.
Ive been reading your comments and would like to thank you all for sharing your thoughts.
Been trading for years and this stock is an interesting story. Been trading this particular stock for about 4 years and 'holding/averaging down' since they went to market raising funds back on 09.
The off balance sheet debt is the only real concern i have with this stock.
All other signals are 'finally' looking sound. cash at hand, profit (even with latest writedown), current debts, receivables and payables, management, future growth potential with Aspen product range and agreements. Even with the Pfizer drop off, the Aspen arrangements and reduced interest charges should pick up some of that slack.
The main issue this stock faces is the fact that most institutions dont like it (they havnt for a long time) and now its too small for them to follow. However, there are only a few main players in this market, and this market can only grow (baby boomers) with an ageing population. Its on the radar for a takeout from the big boys. Even without a takeout, the underlying fundamentals of the business should provide a return to shareholders in the current/future yrs.
It may take time, but this can turn around quickly. The bad news is out with. Downside risk is minimal compared to upside gain. Best of luck to all
