At $1.21 I worked out 15.4%...all inclusive...Captain has a point on a token div...I dont think there will be much impairment going forward and the attrition was minimal according to Ords that spoke to management...it would be nice if they told us too...so all that rent was deferred as such...so we still get the rent allbeit a little further down the track...this age is going to be very interesting to say the least....if they even murmur div then its $1.70 + sp for a pricing ratio.... Black Rock released a white paper on Australian REITS but I dont know of anybody who is prescribed & when I rang the Sydney office they wouldn't talk to me about it....I would love to get down to the AGM how ever unfortunately I have my hands full here at home....
Not long to find out more of what's going on....a good token would be 4.2 and defer the 6.4 as a div for the following div payout if they are going to keep to the 90% rule....based on your post which is well documented in the ORDS paper I posed previously....
