You've calculated incorrectly..distribution of 7.7c was on previous market cap not current. If on current market cap the previous distribution would have been 6.3c (-17.9%).This equates to approx 9.8% distribution yield on current sp. However these are from earnings pre2019..it will take some time to return to those levels.

got it. should consider that new figure is discounted by the $1.2bn cash in bank received from placement so net net they wash off
(20min delay)
