While SOL holds a good stake in TPG... and IFT has Vodaphone... I think that is where the comparisons end.

IMO - IFT is a much better infrastructure play and its assets are much better positioned in future growth opportunities.

In regards to other options on the ASX to consider as alternatives to IFT... I cannot see a similar "one" share alternative. As I see it - you have the choice of listed infrastructure ETFS (ALI, MICH, IFRA, VBLD etc)... but these do not seem to have the exposure to data centres we have here... more communication towers, rail, ports, tollroads, airports etc... OR you pick similar individual stocks to get a similar exposure... TLT, NXT/MAQ, GNE/MCZ/CNE, TPG, SYD....

I am hoping that IFT remains standing tall.. we now have rejected two offers... likely we will get more as IFT is currently such compelling value.
