Thank you for that...I was right...what a bunch of crooks but they got around the rules by going into suspension but ASIC will be watching this one very carefully as they caught the Rogers family out with the last capital raising. If this does go to a shareholder vote then we must make sure that the wording is changed to not just major shareholders but the Rogers family and associates as well as they should not be allowed to participate at all as this was planned for sure
