    So are any holders out there going to take up the entitlement offer???

    It's a pitifully small amount of money at .006 per share

    But is it good money after bad?

    Plenty of LTH's could just about halve their avg cost with the offer

    But what's the point if they can't ever dig the crap out of the ground??
