I agree IOU went up way too high and was extremely overbought but even APT and Z1P are down at least 50%+ for the year and you can't deny management were "smart" to do the CR at 50c and use those funds to increase their asset valuation with the purchase of 42% of a company to gain 100% of their customers to expand BNPL to SEA.
