Those that are bearish towards SWM today at these extremely cheap prices are actually just bearish about Australia. They are making an implicit bet that Australia doesn't recover from this per capita recession. A per capita recession that is already the longest in Australia's recorded history!

They are making a foolish bet that Australia will fall into a perpetual never ending recession. After all who needs to buy advertisements if the economy doesn't grow or recover?!

The fact is that as soon as the RBA begins to cut rates (expected during 1H FY25) liquidity will return. And as Stanley Druckenmiller also says 'The other thing he taught me is earnings don’t move the overall market; it’s the Federal Reserve Board. And whatever I do, focus on the central banks and focus on the movement of liquidity, that most people in the market are looking for earnings and conventional measures. It’s liquidity that moves markets.'

So the fact is now is the time to buy extremely undervalued SWM shares that have massive operational leverage, competent and skilled management and a massive lists of catalysts set to drive the share price much, much higher.

• At 15 cents It’s currently trading at less than 1.5x mid cycle earnings ($155m NPAT)!
• Both current and mid cycle earnings don’t even include the massive new tax breaks!

Does anyone here seriously believe that SWM will be trading at <15 cents come September 2025?
