Hi HP. Could U check my research regarding the tax offset. I think it may only be for 12 mths. And limited to $35 m which is closer enough to $40 m. If it is only 12 mths, still ok. If continuous then great. I'm actually glad they didn't pay a dividend for some yrs now to get the debt down. Also they seem to want to replicate Seven holdings but in a much much smaller scale by investing in small media coys to diversify and not rely on advertising only. Not a bad idea going forward.
