a. Gov spend on election 150mln ..probably 50mln will be for SWM
b. Digital growth 100mln extra conservatively , can be 150mln due to Cricet and AFL.
c. Media bargaining incentives > will give 40mln minimum
d. NO more onerous contracts saves 20mln
e. Commercial broadcast tax waived extra 20mln
f. Revenue will start growing again because project Phoenix , investment in databases...impact? At least no revenue decline anymore in liniar business . Digital will now be more then 60% Ebitda weight!!!!
g. cost out= say 40mln from anounced 100mln program in last AGM.
so, total for me now is 240 to 290mln extra..most will flow to Ebitda and over 200mln is permanent..
