Yes, I believe your are right if memory serves me well.

And I do like to use history as a guide. Although it is wise to realise that things are often different the 2nd or 3rd time around. Things will be different this time in some way. Will APG drift back like it has in the past ? Possibly not lol!!!

I was of the opinion that 11.5 was a base, and I was very surprised to see this stock drift lower, even considering the the Sub Prime drama and the new plant development waiting game.
