This is a wild guess, so act at your own risk.
I reckon that "The Speculator" will have it in his portfolio in the next couple of weeks.
His family owned shares in PCL some months back and I recon it's still on his radar. If he doesn't move soon he will miss the best of the run. (To $1.00)
