Thanks for posting the spreadsheet Tewks.
It is a very powerful "wotif" tool for each individual investor.
Much thought has gone into its construction and most importantly the assumptions appear sound.
The only obvious omission seems to be that FERGUS has not taken note of Tewks comment that at least 100 EARS plants are needed in the US alone.
Gentlemen, make your own adjustments.
