everyone who wants to accept this crap offer thinks they are getting a 15 cent dividend.
It plainly states UP TO 15 cents per share that to me means anywhere from 1 to UP To 15 cents with this management i bet below 10cents
What shareholders need is a minimum and maximum figure of dividend - the statement is far to ambiguous - and of course this management cant give you an exact figure because they are still working out how to shaft us further and harder. shareholders get one chance at doing this right and at the moment all i see is afew ppl hoodwinking the masses
