MSB have already filed it weeks ago, SI will only announce it once it's been approved
The delay is because they want to complete the FDA inspection before filing the resubmission
The delay is because SI is in confidential discussions with the FDA to include CHF in the BLA resubmission.
The delay is because several more ex employees of the FDA want to join the BoD of MSB
The delay is because the FDA is asking MSB if they could approve Remestemcel without bothering to resubmit the BLA...
