With all the "sky is falling" posts on here it should be remembered that if shareholders don't like or want any of the resolutions they can simply vote no to them.
That is our right as shareholders.
In my humble opinion I would suggest that all shareholders carefully read the AGM announcement and consider each resolution separately on its merits.
