DFT already has 1.2 BILLION shares on issue and will be issueing more to pay for this next isp, as well as paying cash of course.
What is the logic? DFT is buying mostly dial-up customers and its costing a lot of money to do so. Most people will transfer to broadband soon, and when doing so the majority will search around for the best deal, so the wastage rate is going to be huge. All these customers DFT just bought. Its probably why the ISP's it buys are keen to sell.
Its a strange strategy, you would think they would try and increase their customer numbers through offering the best deals.
