    Agree extralite, but maybe they will make an offer "too good to refuse" directly to their existing (or newly bought) customers . . . . way cheaper than expensive print/radio/tv advertising.
    It's an old rule of thumb in retailing that it costs about 5 times more to find a new customer than to maintain an existing one
