"CNQ to be in production early next year"

In reviewing the AGM presentation announcement dated 12 Nov 2014 on Slide 19 (Just before Open Pitt Project")
Headed:- Stockpile & Open Pitt-Project Timeline.
It confirms stockpile production starting Q1 2017.
It also suggests Procurement should be starting NOW.
Considering the drawdown agreement commitment ("will be visiting Japan in coming weeks to conclude these items.”)referred to in the Dec Quarterly. The steering committee and shorter lead times.

I agree Q1 2017 production is very achievable.

We should have an answer by the end of the month.
