    A snippet.. from the Mitsubishi Project Funding Notification announcement, dated 7/10/2014 .
    "The signing of the agreement is expected to take place during October 2014."

    Yep .. October 2014 , November 2014, December 2014 and January 2015 have all gone by..

    It's now the 18th of February 2015.. and we still wait for the signing of an agreement ?
