Shareholders/Directors/Management have a Mits BOARD approval for the $15 Million USD LOAN. (18 Month payback and hopefully Approx. $35 Mil free cash in 5 years)

We have a WORLD CLASS tungsten deposit and the Japanese via Mits are committed to get involved.

We have to understand CNQ is spending Mitsubishi not shareholders money. The last attempt was disappointing (Under Different Management) so Mits like shareholders will not accept failure. Therefore before one cent is released Mits are insisting CNQ has a supervised (Project Steering Committee) with a fully tested foolproof plan. So would you.

Could I suggest if we don't have the funding agreement signed "in the coming weeks" you contact CNQ Management and Board and ask why.

It's up to Shareholders  to ensure these commitments (KPI) are meet.

Frustrating but we are getting there.

Scottm, In principal I agree. But why have 2 Tungsten slurry processing plants trucking distance from each other both being funded by the Japanese.
