    I'd say so, Georgekyp. There are evidently some very stale shareholders on the register, who have been patiently waiting for news. I suspect they continue to offer stock at these levels whilst new money is coming in to set the floor at 12c. I always considered consolidation likely at the there levels, but I'm surprised at how long its taking to flush out the sellers.
