    Please remember the Directors of CNQ have negotiated a $15 Million USD LOAN.
    My interoperation of a LOAN is there is NO shareholder dilution.
    Considering Mitsubishi are taking 100% of the stockpile production one could argue it is a CASH ADVANCE against potential sales.
    Margins would have been negotiated and they equate to an 18 Month payback.
    Currently the Interest rates in Japan & the US are next to ZERO.
    The AUDUSD exchange rate has moved from parity to $0.78 in just over 12 Months positive for margins/profit.

    I think we should complement the CNQ Board as this seems to be a win win for Shareholders and I can understand why Jim Morgan (CEO) has accumulated around $750,000 worth of CNQ Shares.
