re: another dumb question Nina thanks for your answer. one more question. are lum having trouble finding advertisers for times square or are the advertisers reluctant5 to commit before seeing the sign in action. It would seem big more to commit without having seen a sign..in fact it would appear that advertiser reluctance seems to be LUM s biggest hrdle..Would you care to comment on these aspects please.
