Good post and probably more effort than the initial post required as a retort. Just wanted to clarify one point on revenue. They are not nesessarily reporting revenue as it comes in (well yes that's the cash component) but they are benchmarking success and progressive performance on revenue recognised (monthly basis) which is not cash received and not what is billed. This is the amount of revenue attributed to that particular customer's account for that month in question. It can be totally different to billings as they may have been invoiced for 12 months in advance and completely different to cash as the cash may not have been received yet or again may be a multiple month invoice with only one month revenue recognised.
