But the market does not necessarily reflect the worth or future worth of the company. You have to assume that whoever invested the $2m @ 28c had done their homework and decided that the future of the company was worth investing in. If it looked bleak they would have failed to find any investors at all.
Seriously, it's remarkable how you fail to understand things like this.
