15 % rule, page-2

was pondering that myself,
haven't found the energy to go through the past ann though, i have a feeling we have approved all capital raisings thus far so i think they still have the 15% up their sleeve, if they need capital quickly they may use that now and grab the cash but will no doubt hold a meeting over the next month to then ratify the issue with shareholders anyway.
needless to say it would get past in any event imo, the only question that needs answering here is where will we sit post raising? will the goals then finally start notching up on the scoreboard?
