Never tried that, but I know something that works for me every time.
Get a tall glass of water, and put a fork in it.
SLOWLY drink the whole glass, with the fork resting on your forehead.
Sounds wierd I know, but this has worked for me since I was a teenager, many many moons ago, and still works for me today :)
