I agree with alot of what has been said.

Tassie Shoal for me has always been the dark horse/wild card asset misunderstood perhaps and hard to value but the asset the sets MEO apart from other Oil and Gas exploration companies.

The key is monetization and the timing of such a large and potentially highly lucrative asset

I was recently looking at a vide on Shells Prelude floating LNG, some parts of it strike me as a bit scifi "4 soccer fields long" "heavier than 6 of the largest worlds aircraft carriers" and a price tag of $12-$13Billion! That's some ship!

Given that Shells Prelude Floating LNG facility will be the first of its kind and was probably a concept for a decade plus before now becoming a reality it's not hard to envisage a scenario where MEOs Tassie Shoal concept can become a reality.

Tassie Shoal is basically going to use your standard land based LNG facility design and it will be constructed on the mainland and simply towed and set up at Tassie Shoal. So really it's you standard land based LNG setup just placed out at sea on an "shoal/island" so to speak, nothing to ambitious really, seems pretty standard apart from ensuring adequate protection from the elements.

In my opinion the only thing that's probably held Tassie Shoal back is a lack of a Gas Feedstock and willing JV partners.
