This is all very speculative however the price action looks very similar to a 3 wave correction. 0.382 fib could act as support at 0.17. Also 0.17 has acted as resistance and support multiple times indicating a very key level. If news proves somewhat impressive later this month this may well prove to be the bottom in hindsight. All IMO.
