done the figures and that is only in the capital cities
150000 new homes required each year to satisfy the need
then of course you need the tradesmen, big shortage here and not getting easier
thats why the prices of houses will continue upwards
heap of positve news out last few days from mbl and other banks economic advisers about softening in the market but no hard landing
me I love property, but held by me
not some useless listed property trust, they are all spruiking now
