On another matter, regarding the latest placement, debt agreement is still approx 1 month from being finalized, and PL needed cash now to finalize Puntland offshore, before TD onshore, and Colombian asset. I understand the frustration but you gotta do what you gotta do, people around here seem to forget you have invested in a speculative oil exploration ASX listed company, and their main method of raising money is by issuing shares, go figure.

I believe with the assets now under our management, hopefully the upcoming debt agreement of $50-100million will see our reliance on share issues subside going forward.

And ask yourself, why the rush to finally secure offshore, I think the answer to that question is obvious, Shabeel 1 success?
