I don't know what PPX are trying to achieve because surely it is only the large holders that hold sway in this type of situation?

Perhaps they are trying to ascertain what %age of smaller holders might take up the proposed offer?

Even so, why a physical meeting? Would have thought a phone interview would suffice and they could save their(our)$150?

Surely all they need to do is to log in to HC to get a feel for how the proposed offer will be received - but I guess this does not disclose holdings.

SP007 - Would be great if you could go as I would appreciate knowing what it was all about?
