    $150 is a lot, especially for a third party. A phone interview would probably get similar answers and most people would answer for free about their intentions to accept the offer or what price would be tempting.

    They must have thought they had the numbers but now aren't so sure. So before locking in the offer, they will do a ring around and possible up the offer. Hence the dealy. Mind you they said November and we are only half way in.

    My guess is even the small holders matter, because they might do a show of hands vote rather than a poll. Helps to cancel out the larger holders if they are not onside.
