    My questions is-

    Does the performance both share price and activity, have a bearing on this massive debt and its covenants etc ?

    Clearly Magnis is not performing well in terms of sp, and today is just another day in the life of MNS ?

    I wonder whether this is all part and parcel of this debt, any thoughts ?
