Without the new mgt getting on board, SBL is worth nothing. Once they announce the acquisition of some resource projects (they're not buying juice bars are they?), the sp heads north and value is created for shareholders.
Is the incentive not about creating value for all involved? Vote with your fingers, if you don't like it - sell. If you follow these guys and enjoy making money - put more on - easy money!
