    At $1.60 this MANAGEMENT promised to UNLOCK SHAREHOLDER VALUE EG. $1.50 was not true value.

    Now here we are at 28c so TELL ME WABBIT did management LIE or THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE. Pick ONE as there is only ONE answer, and don't give me EXCUSES as that will fall into the "HAVEN'T GOT A CLUE" category.
