I rang the company and I got post note number 23a which says things just couldnt be better. The delay is the result of negotiations which has only resulted in a far better transaction for APG and its shareholders. They also said APG have got just about everything they wanted plus more. We can only speculate what that is!

With BHP to spend $2.4b on its sand project and blowing another $3.2b on R & D for a technolgy APG has developed APG must be worth 10% of the spend once the next plant is complete.

As far as when the next announcement is due from what was said I can only guess the end of next week.

WMT went to 54c from 21c on the back of fundraising and I think with BHP getting in at the right price for APG 40c seems to be my view of the short term share price.


That is around 150% in around two weeks....well worth the wait!
