A brokers trading trick for fooling buyers into thinking 5.0 is the current trading price, helps lure new buyers into the 4.9 line so that they can dump into it when sufficient buyers have accumulated at that level.
Best course of action to take (strictly In My Opinion Only) is to beat them to it before 4.8 becomes the new 4.9
