    1500 acres for $19.5m. This roughly puts a value of company owned orchards(13,100 acres)at $170m or the current market capitalization of the company. Assuming purchase price was a fair value for established almond orchards it implies that all other parts of the SHV vertically oriented business have been discounted to zero.
