I just submitted a complaint to AFCA.
I bought a bunch of put options a while ago. They paid out...BIG.
But, Plus500 just decided to create fake market quotes (for example my US500 2860 puts were executed at 153 vs the real market value of 450) and blatantly STEAL large sums of money from my account.
I complained several times and was told "we decided to value them at that price, tough bickies"

take it up with ASIC they are regulated by ASIC they have to pay you out
