So only when SBR need money they will make an announcement? What a way to go! The CEO should be rewarded for his communication tactics with a new Audi every year for ten years!
It is obvious that changes are needed to inform the SH. This is not acceptable in these days where you have lots of other junior Explorers listed and they don’t hold back with announcements.(SIR being the best example) It is not a good decision but again if you want a low options price for your allocation go ahead but most of the SH will go somewhere else in meantime.
If you are waiting for a lower SP in order to buy and not so favourable Announcements are coming your way the departure gates will be wide open and investors are hesitant to touch that company again.
I for one know that common sense will prevail and we get more information of the operations or else I will go.
