Coeur D'Alene Mines Issuing Debt
Silver Miner Coeur D'Alene Mines to Issue $150 Million in Debt for Bolivian, Mexican Work

NEW YORK (Associated Press) - Coeur d'Alene Mines Corp. said Wednesday it will offer $150 million in convertible senior unsecured notes to help fund mining in Bolivia and Mexico.
The interest rate, conversion premium and other terms of the notes will be determined when the offer is priced.
Underwriters Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. will be granted an option to buy up to an additional $22.5 million of notes for overallotments. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will be the sole book-running manager.
Proceeds will be used to finish building the San Bartolome silver project in Bolivia and fund construction of the Palmarejo silver and gold project in Mexico.
Coeur d'Alene Mines expects to produce about 16 million ounces of silver this year, a 40 percent increase over 2007 silver production levels.
