Maybe because there are more posters interested in VCR than HTW and the posters have a lot to say or they must be all so happy on the HTW forum they don,t need to post? :-)
I don,t understand why everyone is so dismissive of the TETs Technology, when it is only a matter of a skin patch to conduct the current to the Ventrassist and minus a tube from the chest which lessens the risk of infection...............the other component is already installed in the blades of the Ventrassist..............the technology is already in use in pacemakers. It allows for a more mobile patient and the constant talk about time of operations is not a choice the patient has in this situation, it normally is the choice made by the Specialist and the equipment he has trained with or wishes to use and what procedures are set up in a particular hospital...........I think as far as the patient goes depending on Health Insurance and the public health system would be the deciding factor whether you lived or died. Just my opinion here.
Cheers dma
