I agree,in a normal market I'd be buying,we're in an incredibly negative market though and downgrades are dealt with very severely.I got burnt when ANN downgraded and RIN....there's zero confidence.Buying the downgrade is no longer a viable short term trading strategy IMHO.Save your money.
