Highlights:
The Alberta Energy Regulator has adjourned the regulatory hearing into Coalspur’s Vista project from November 2013 and has set up two hearings, to be held in December 2013 and January 2014

Delays, just what the market loves......

Take a look at the AER site- seems management knew yesterday - yet no update till this afternoon???Also, from the 3rd of October the parties have been trying to delay hearings!!!! this was missing from their recent update.

Not all entirely bad and the end of the world, HOWEVER!!!! something the market hates - is delays!!!

First hearing will deal with Tourmaline - in December now, and second will deal with 3 indigenous groups in January 2014!!!
